Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
